These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("the User") and Click2Pro LLP , an India-based mental health services provider operating globally.

2. Company Overview

Click2Pro LLP is an India-registered entity offering online therapy, emotional wellness counseling, and mental health support through its network of experienced psychologists, therapists, and counselors. Many providers on our platform are licensed in India but not licensed in the United States.

You acknowledge and agree that by using Click2Pro’s services in the U.S., you are willingly and knowingly engaging with a non-U.S.-licensed professional.

3. Nature of Services

Click2Pro provides:

• Online therapy and counseling for general mental wellness
• Support for issues like stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, grief, etc.
• No clinical diagnoses, prescriptions, or insurance documentation

We do not provide:

• Medical or psychiatric treatment
• Emergency crisis services
• Prescriptions or letters for legal, workplace, or immigration purposes
• Diagnoses compatible with U.S. insurance or healthcare billing systems

4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be:

• At least 18 years of age
• Mentally and emotionally stable enough to engage in talk therapy
• Willing to receive care from a provider who may not be U.S.-licensed
• Able to consent to online services delivered internationally

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must provide written consent and supervise all sessions.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Click2Pro, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Not misuse or abuse therapists, counselors, or the platform
• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Communicate respectfully during all interactions
• Understand the limitations of online therapy, especially across international jurisdictions

6. Consent to Non-U.S. Licensed Therapy

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Therapists on the platform may not be licensed or regulated by U.S. medical or mental health boards
• Services are not designed to comply with any U.S. state or federal clinical practice laws
• You are responsible for ensuring that these services are appropriate for your personal needs
• You voluntarily waive any legal claims against Click2Pro LLP or its professionals related to licensure within the United States

7. Payment and Booking

• All payments must be made in advance through our secure platform
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
• Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy

Failure to attend or cancel within the appropriate time may result in forfeiture of that session without refund.

8. Confidentiality and Data Usage

We protect your privacy and strive to keep your data secure, although we are not a HIPAA-covered entity. Your personal data is stored on secure servers located in India or other jurisdictions as necessary. Please review our full Privacy Policy to understand your data rights.

9. Emergency and Crisis Situations

Click2Pro is not a crisis intervention service. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, self-harm behavior, or any mental health emergency, you must immediately call 911 or contact a licensed emergency provider in your area. Our therapists are not authorized to manage emergencies or involuntary intervention situations under U.S. law.

10. Limitations of Liability

Click2Pro LLP shall not be liable for:

• Any mental or physical health outcomes resulting from the use of our services
• Any loss, damage, or injury caused by therapist-client interactions
• Misuse of our platform or breaches caused by third-party systems
• Claims arising from your reliance on advice given by therapists who are not licensed in your state or country

You agree to hold Click2Pro LLP and its employees harmless against any claims or legal disputes arising from your voluntary use of this platform.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, software, and session formats are the property of Click2Pro LLP and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

12. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform without prior notice for: Misuse of services

• Misuse of services
• Verbal or written abuse of therapists or staff
• Repeated refund claims without valid cause
• Violations of any part of these Terms

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.

By using our services, you waive any claim of jurisdiction under U.S. state or federal law and agree that Click2Pro LLP is not subject to U.S. licensing or healthcare regulation.

14. Changes to Terms

Click2Pro LLP may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
