- A refund can be requested within 10 hours of making the payment

- A refund can only be requested if you haven't attended any sessions.

- The refund request should be made by the client who booked the session.

- You have the option to request a change of psychologist at any time if you're not satisfied with your current one.

2. Refund Request Process:

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

- Include the booking details, such as the session date, time, and any other relevant information.

- Provide a brief explanation for the refund request.

3. Refund Processing Time:

- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving a valid refund request.

- You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:

- If the 10 hours refund period has elapsed since the payment was made

- A refund can only be requested if you haven't attended any sessions.
