Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Click2Pro LLP, we are committed to providing the highest quality of online therapy and counseling services. We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and a refund may be requested. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be issued for services rendered via our online platform for users located in the United States.

By using our platform and booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

2. General Refund Policy

  • Refunds are considered only if requested within 24 hours of the original payment and before the session has taken place.
  • If a session has already been completed, no refund will be issued, regardless of user satisfaction or outcome.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • In the case of multiple session packages, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rated basis only for unused and unbooked sessions, less any applicable processing fees.

3. Valid Reasons for Refund Requests

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You are unable to attend the session and notify us at least 12 hours in advance.
  • You mistakenly purchased a service you do not intend to use and inform us within 24 hours.
  • The therapist assigned was unavailable at the agreed-upon time and no rescheduling could be arranged.
  • There was a technical failure on our platform that prevented the session from occurring (and rescheduling was declined).
  • You were incorrectly charged due to a system or payment gateway error.

4. Ineligible Refund Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • The session was completed but the user is dissatisfied with the therapist's approach or communication style.
  • The client failed to show up for the session or canceled within less than 12 hours of the scheduled time.
  • The client booked a session with full knowledge that Click2Pro’s therapists are not U.S.-licensed, and later raised objections regarding licensure.
  • The session was conducted but the client expected medical documentation, prescriptions, or official diagnoses which we do not offer.
  • The user misrepresented their issue or used inappropriate or abusive language during sessions.

5. Timeframe for Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or card issuer. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email help@click2pro.com with the following details: Full Name

  • Registered Email Address
  • Date and time of session booked
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Payment reference/transaction ID
  • All refund requests are reviewed individually. Click2Pro LLP reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

7. Special Cases (Rescheduling Instead of Refunds)

In many cases, we may recommend rescheduling the session as an alternative to a refund. We encourage users to first explore therapist matching options, alternative timings, or session credits before requesting a monetary refund.

8. Abuse of Refund Policy

Click2Pro LLP reserves the right to block or suspend accounts that repeatedly request refunds without valid reasons, show disruptive behavior during sessions, or misuse the platform in bad faith. This includes multiple cancellations or refund claims used to avoid payment.

9. Legal Disclaimer for U.S. Clients

Click2Pro LLP is an India-registered entity offering online therapy services to global users, including those in the United States. By booking a session on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are knowingly and voluntarily engaging with a mental health provider who may not be licensed under U.S. state or federal law.
  • The services provided are for emotional support and wellness purposes only, not medical advice, clinical treatment, or psychiatric diagnosis.
  • No prescription medication, legal documentation, or insurance-compatible billing codes will be provided.
  • You waive the right to dispute a session solely based on therapist location, accent, or international jurisdiction after a booking has been made and accepted.
  • Click2Pro shall not be held liable for any claims or disputes related to jurisdictional licensure or regulatory non-recognition in the United States.
