These Terms and Conditions govern use of Click2Pro Deep Report. By using the site, creating an account, purchasing a report, or accessing report content, you agree to these terms.

Click2Pro LLP operates the product. USAPRO LLC may act as the payment-handling and merchant entity for checkout transactions as part of the same group.

What the product is

Click2Pro Deep Report is a digital product focused on private pattern-recognition pages, mini-audit flows, deeper question flows, and purchased report access.

The product is interpretive and informational. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, emergency support, crisis support, or a diagnostic service.

Accounts and access

Some parts of the product require an account. You are responsible for using a valid email address, protecting your login credentials, and keeping account access reasonably secure.

Purchased reports are tied to an account so they can be reopened later. Sharing account access or attempting to bypass ownership controls is not permitted.

Purchases and payment

Purchases are one-time digital purchases for topic-specific report access unless a page clearly states otherwise. Prices, taxes, and supported payment methods may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that transaction.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Transaction handling may appear under USAPRO LLC as the payment-handling and merchant entity within the same group.

Digital access and personal use

Purchased reports are licensed for the purchaser’s own personal use inside the account tied to the purchase. They may not be resold, repackaged, copied into other products, or used for commercial redistribution.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the service is being misused, payment activity is fraudulent, or account access is being shared in a way that undermines the product.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Because the product is a digital report product, refund eligibility changes once access has been delivered and the purchased report has been opened or materially accessed.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, pause, or change parts of the product when reasonably necessary for quality, security, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability at every moment, but we aim to keep the service stable, trustworthy, and usable across supported devices and account paths.

Limitation of scope

The product is not a substitute for therapy, emergency support, crisis support, medical evaluation, legal guidance, or any other licensed professional advice.

If you are dealing with an emergency, a safety issue, or an urgent medical or mental-health concern, use appropriate emergency or professional support instead of relying on this product.
