Refund Policy
This page explains the refund terms that apply to digital report purchases, including the rule that refunds are generally unavailable after report access has been opened.

Digital product policy
Click2Pro Deep Report is a digital product. Purchases are for topic-specific private report access and the related account-based delivery path.
Because the product is digital and access is tied to the purchased account flow, refund eligibility depends on whether the report has already been opened, accessed, or materially delivered.
When refunds are generally not available
Once the purchased report has been opened, accessed, or materially delivered inside the account, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
This applies because the core digital product has already been provided at that stage, even if the user later decides not to continue using it.
When a refund request may still be reviewed
We may review refund requests in limited cases such as duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or a technical delivery failure that prevents access and cannot be resolved by support within a reasonable period.
If the report has not been accessed and the issue is a legitimate transaction problem rather than a change of mind after delivery, support can review the case.
- Duplicate purchase or duplicate charge
- Incorrect billing caused by a payment error
- Access failure or delivery failure that support cannot resolve
How to request review
To request a refund review, email [email protected] from the account email connected to the purchase. Include the purchase email, the topic purchased, the approximate purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
Where possible, submit the request promptly and within 7 days of the transaction so the billing trail and access history can be reviewed clearly.
Payment-handling clarity
Payments may be processed through Stripe and may appear under USAPRO LLC as the payment-handling and merchant entity within the same group as Click2Pro LLP.
Refund decisions, where applicable, are made under this policy and then processed through the relevant payment path.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that may apply under mandatory law, but the general no-refund-after-access rule applies to the digital report once it has been opened or materially accessed.
