Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Click2Pro LLP operates Click2Pro Deep Report and how personal information is collected, used, and protected when you visit the site, create an account, purchase a report, or contact support.
For payment processing and merchant-of-record functions connected to checkout, USAPRO LLC may process payment and transaction data as part of the same group. This is done so purchases can be handled clearly and securely while the product experience remains consistent.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to provide the product and support the account flow. That can include account email, password hash, Google sign-in details if you use Google, optional profile details such as first name or age, report-purchase records, deeper-question answers, support messages, and standard technical information such as browser, device, and request metadata.
Payment card information is collected and processed by Stripe. Click2Pro Deep Report does not store full card numbers or full payment credentials on its own servers.
How we use information
We use personal information to create and secure your account, deliver purchased reports, process payments, send important service emails, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and maintain or improve the product.
If you complete the deeper-question flow or open a purchased report, the answers and resulting report content are used to provide that product back to you inside your account.
- Account creation, login, password reset, and account recovery
- Purchase processing, ownership tracking, and report delivery
- Service emails such as purchase confirmation, intake confirmation, report-ready messages, and password reset
- Security, fraud prevention, debugging, and product reliability
How payments and email delivery are handled
Stripe is used for secure checkout and payment processing. Resend is used for transactional email delivery. Google sign-in may be used if you choose Google account access.
These providers only receive the data needed to perform their part of the service, subject to their own privacy and security obligations.
How information may be shared
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate the product, process payments, deliver emails, host the application, or protect the service from abuse.
Information may also be shared when required by law, to protect legal rights, to investigate fraud or misuse, or as part of a legitimate corporate or group operational process involving Click2Pro LLP and USAPRO LLC.
Retention and security
We keep account, purchase, and report-related information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, provide access to purchased reports, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain records of legitimate transactions.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data. No internet-based system can promise absolute security, so users should also protect their account credentials and notify support if they suspect unauthorized access.
Your choices
You can contact support to request help with account access, report access, or privacy-related questions. You may also request updates to basic account information that is inaccurate or out of date.
Service emails related to purchases, account access, password resets, and report delivery are part of using the product and may still be sent when necessary for account or transaction support.
