This product provides digital assessment previews and paid digital report unlocks. It is not a physical product and not a therapy-session booking flow within this app.
If you make a payment but the full report is not unlocked because of a verified technical issue, duplicate charge, or failed fulfillment event, please contact us at [email protected]. We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, provide access correction or a refund.
Because this is a digital product that becomes accessible immediately after successful payment and report unlock, refunds are generally not available once the full report has been successfully unlocked, delivered, or made accessible in your account/dashboard.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us with your transaction details. Verified duplicate charges may be refunded.
